Discovery sessions are an industry-proven method to help kick start the projects in gear. Their goal is to collect as much relevant information for your request in order to develop a scalable and sustainable business case for the whole lifetime of the product. Such sessions usually last between 2 and 3 hours. Discovery sprints are a pioneering service developed by Meliora allowing large-scale customers to test their business case with the purchase of a 2 to 4 weeks investigation sprint with a. During this period, you would receive a comprehensive Business case, Project Brief, Technical Assessment, Cost Assessment, and Product Roadmap, along with several meetings with members of each team.
